To insert a page break in Excel, go to the Page Layout tab, click Breaks in the Page Setup group, and select Insert Page Break. Excel will add a manual page break at the selected location to control how pages print.
Types of Page Breaks in Excel
Excel uses two types of page breaks:
Automatic Page Breaks

Created by Excel based on paper size, margins, and scaling

Displayed as dashed lines
Manual Page Breaks

Inserted by the user

Displayed as solid lines
Inserting Horizontal Page Breaks

Select the row where the new page should begin

Go to Page Layout

Click Breaks

Select Insert Page Break
The horizontal break appears above the selected row.
Inserting Vertical Page Breaks

Select the column where the new page should begin

Go to Page Layout

The vertical break appears to the left of the selected column.

In this mode:

Blue dashed lines = automatic page breaks

Removing Page Breaks
Remove a specific page break:

Select a cell below a horizontal break or right of a vertical break
