Steps to View Duplicates

Notes

• Highlighting does not remove duplicates. It only makes them visible.

• Windows and Mac options are nearly identical. On Mac, Conditional Formatting is in the Home tab, and the dialog layout may appear slightly different.

Optional: Filter Duplicates

1. Select the column with duplicates.
