Steps to Delete a Pivot Table

Select the Pivot Table
Click anywhere inside the pivot table to activate the PivotTable Tools in the ribbon. -
Clear the Pivot Table

Go to the PivotTable Analyze tab (or Options tab in older versions).

Click Select → Entire PivotTable.

Press Delete on your keyboard.

Right-click anywhere on the pivot table.

Select Delete from the context menu.

This removes the pivot table but leaves the original data intact.

Remove Only the Pivot Table Layout (Optional)
